Whether this traffic situation is currently turned off or disabled.

When disabled, it is not considered in calculations.

List of TimePeriod

Validity periods for this traffic situation.

Outside of this periods, the traffic situation is not considered in calculations.

If no periods are specified (null or empty list), the traffic situation is always valid.

limitations

List of Limitation

List of associated restrictions on street sections.

When a street section has several limitations, the limitation with the lowest resulting velocity applies.

lastUpdate

DateTime

Time of the last update or creation time.

Will be used to recognised the parallel edits.

Is set by the system and should not be changed by the user. Set to zero if the traffic situation should be created.
